s 32 Commencement of amendments to the Real Property Gains Tax Act 1976

(1) Except for sections 33, 34, 35, 36 and 37, this Chapter shall be deemed to have come into force on 25 October 1996. (2) Sections 33, 34, 35, 36 and 37 shall be deemed to have come into force on 2 August 1996.
