s 15 Minister’s directions
(1) The Minister may give to the Foundation or the Board directions of a general nature which are consistent with the provisions of this Act as to the performance of the functions and exercise of the powers of the Foundation or the Board and the Foundation or the Board, as the case may be, shall give effect to those directions.
(2) The Foundation and the Board shall furnish the Minister with such information relating to their activities as he may, from time to time, require.

Arahan Menteri
(1) Menteri boleh memberi Yayasan atau Lembaga arahan yang bersifat am yang konsisten dengan peruntukan Akta ini tentang pelaksanaan fungsi dan penjalanan kuasa Yayasan atau Lembaga, dan Yayasan atau Lembaga, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, hendaklah memberikan kuat kuasa kepada arahan itu.
(2) Yayasan dan Lembaga hendaklah memberi Menteri apa-apa maklumat yang berhubungan dengan kegiatannya sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa.
