The Foundation may from time to time, with the approval of the Minister, borrow, at such rate of interest and for such period and upon such terms as to the time and method of repayment and otherwise as the Minister may approve, any sums required by the Foundation for meeting any of its or the Board’s obligations or performing any of its or the Board’s functions.
Kuasa meminjam
Yayasan boleh dari semasa ke semasa, dengan kelulusan Menteri, meminjam, pada kadar faedah dan bagi tempoh dan atas terma tentang masa dan kaedah pembayaran balik dan selainnya sebagaimana yang diluluskan oleh Menteri, apa-apa jumlah wang yang diperlukan oleh Yayasan bagi memenuhi mana-mana obligasinya atau obligasi Lembaga atau menjalankan mana-mana fungsinya atau fungsi Lembaga.
