s 113 Presumption that boy under thirteen cannot commit rape

It shall be an irrebuttable presumption of law that a boy under the age of thirteen years is incapable of committing rape.

Anggapan bahawa budak lelaki yang berumur di bawah tiga belas tahun tidak berupaya melakukan rogol

Hendaklah menjadi suatu anggapan undang-undang yang tidak boleh patah bahawa seseorang budak lelaki yang berumur di bawah tiga belas tahun tidak berupaya melakukan rogol.
