s 133 Accomplice
An accomplice shall be a competent witness against an accused person; and a conviction is not illegal merely because it proceeds upon the uncorroborated testimony of an accomplice.

Rakan sejenayah
Seseorang rakan sejenayah ialah saksi yang berwibawa terhadap orang tertuduh; dan sesuatu sabitan tidaklah menyalahi undang-undang semata-mata oleh sebab sabitan itu berpunca daripada testimoni tidak disokong yang diberikan oleh seorang rakan sejenayah.
