Evidence Act 1950 s 135
The order in which witnesses are produced and examined shall be regulated by the law and practice for the time being relating to civil and criminal procedure respectively, and in the absence of any such law by the discretion of the court.
Susunan pengemukaan dan pemeriksaan saksi
Susunan yang mengikutnya saksi dikemukakan dan diperiksa hendaklah dikawal selia oleh undang-undang dan amalan pada masa ini yang berhubungan dengan tatacara sivil dan jenayah masing-masing, dan jika tiada undang-undang sedemikian, susunan itu hendaklah menurut budi bicara mahkamah.
