s 27 How much of information received from accused may be proved
(1) When any fact is deposed to as discovered in consequence of information received from a person accused of any offence in the custody of a police officer, so much of that information, whether the information amounts to a confession or not, as relates distinctly to the fact thereby discovered may be proved.

Sebanyak mana maklumat yang diterima daripada tertuduh boleh dibuktikan
(1) Apabila apa-apa fakta dideposkan sebagai telah ditemui hasil daripada maklumat yang diterima daripada orang yang dituduh melakukan apa-apa kesalahan semasa dalam jagaan seseorang pegawai polis, sekian banyak daripada maklumat itu yang jelas berhubung dengan fakta yang ditemui sedemikian boleh dibuktikan sama ada maklumat itu menjadi suatu pengakuan salah atau tidak.
