Evidence Act 1950 s 83

s 83 Presumption as to maps or plans made by authority of Government

(1) The court shall presume that maps or plans purporting to be made by the authority of the Government of Malaysia or the Government of any State were so made and are accurate. (2) (Deleted by P.U.(A) 261/1971).

Anggapan tentang peta atau pelan yang dibuat dengan kuasa Kerajaan

(1) Mahkamah hendaklah menganggap bahawa peta atau pelan yang berupa sebagai dibuat dengan kuasa Kerajaan Malaysia atau Kerajaan mana-mana Negeri telah dibuat sedemikian dan adalah tepat. (2) (Dipotong oleh P.U. (A) 261/1971).
