s 116 Remarks as to demeanour of witness
A presiding Judge recording the evidence of a witness may record such remarks, if any, as he thinks material respecting the demeanour of such witness whilst under examination.

Pemerhatian tentang tingkah laku saksi
Seseorang Hakim yang menjalankan perbicaraan yang merekodkan keterangan seorang saksi boleh merekodkan apa-apa pemerhatian, jika ada, sebagaimana yang difikirkannya material berkenaan dengan tingkah laku saksi itu ketika dia diperiksa.
