s 124 Warrant: by whom issuable
Every warrant for the execution of any sentence may be issued either by the Judge who passed the sentence or by his successor or other Judge acting in his place.

Siapa yang boleh mengeluarkan waran
Tiap-tiap waran bagi pelaksanaan apa-apa hukuman bolehlah dikeluarkan sama ada oleh Hakim yang menjatuhkan hukuman itu atau oleh penggantinya atau Hakim lain yang memangku jawatannya.
