s 137 Appeal against acquittal

When an accused person has been acquitted by a Judge, there shall be no appeal except by, or with the sanction in writing of, the Chief Syariah Prosecutor.

Rayuan terhadap pembebasan

Apabila seseorang tertuduh telah dibebaskan oleh Hakim, maka tiada rayuan boleh dibuat kecuali oleh, atau dengan keizinan bertulis daripada, Ketua Pendakwa Syarie.
