Syariah Criminal Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1997 s 145

s 145 Arrest of respondent in certain cases

When an appeal is presented against an acquittal, the Judge of the Syariah High Court may issue a warrant directing that the accused be arrested and brought before him, and may admit him to bail pending the disposal of the appeal.

Menangkap responden dalam kes tertentu

Apabila suatu rayuan dikemukakan terhadap sesuatu pembebasan, Hakim Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah bolehlah mengeluarkan suatu waran yang mengarahkan supaya tertuduh ditangkap dan dibawa ke hadapannya, dan boleh membenarkan dia mengikat jaminan sementara menanti rayuan itu dibereskan.
