Syariah Criminal Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1997 s 148

s 148 Judgment

At the end of the hearing of the appeal, the Syariah High Court shall, either at once or later on a date appointed for the purposes of which notice shall be given to the parties, deliver judgment in open Court.

Penghakiman

Apabila tamat pendengaran rayuan, Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah hendaklah, sama ada dengan serta-merta atau kemudiannya pada suatu tarikh yang ditetapkan bagi maksud itu yang notis mengenainya hendaklah diberikan kepada pihak-pihak dalam rayuan itu, menyampaikan penghakiman di dalam Mahkamah terbuka.
