s 150 Death of parties to appeal
Every appeal under section 137 shall finally abate on the death of the accused, and every other appeal under this Chapter shall finally abate on the death of the appellant.

Tiap-tiap rayuan di bawah seksyen 137 hendaklah terhenti secara muktamad dengan kematian tertuduh, dan tiap-tiap rayuan lain di bawah Bab ini hendaklah terhenti secara muktamad dengan kematian perayu.
