Syariah Criminal Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1997 s 231
(1) Sections 58 to 74 of the Enactment and such other provisions thereof which relate to criminal proceedings shall hereby cease to apply to the Federal Territories. (2) Where any case or matter is pending before any Court on the coming into force of this Act, the provisions of this Act shall apply in respect of the proceedings of such case or matter to the extent that it causes no injustice. Pemberhentian pemakaian Enakmen
(1) Seksyen 58 hingga 74 Enakmen dan mana-mana peruntukan lain Enakmen berhubungan dengan tatacara jenayah hendaklah, dengan ini terhenti terpakai bagi Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan. (2) Jika mana-mana kes atau perkara belum selesai di hadapan mana-mana Mahkamah apabila Akta ini mula berkuat kuasa, peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah terpakai berkenaan dengan tatacara kes atau perkara itu setakat yang tidak menyebabkan ketidakadilan.
