s 25 Arrest by or in the presence of a Judge
Any Judge may at any time arrest or authorize the arrest in his presence within the local limits of his jurisdiction of any person for whose arrest he is competent to issue a warrant.

Mana-mana Hakim boleh pada bila-bila masa menangkap atau memberi kuasa supaya ditangkap di hadapannya di dalam had bidang kuasa tempatannya mana-mana orang yang bagi penangkapannya dia kompeten untuk mengeluarkan waran.
