Syariah Criminal Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1997 s 27

s 27 Provisions of sections 11 and 13 to apply to arrest under section 26

The provisions of sections 11 and 13 shall apply to arrests under section 26 although the person making the arrest is not acting under a warrant and is not a police officer having authority to arrest.

Seksyen 11 dan 13 hendaklah terpakai bagi penangkapan di bawah seksyen 26

Seksyen 11 dan 13 hendaklah terpakai bagi penangkapan di bawah seksyen 26 walaupun orang yang membuat penangkapan itu tidak bertindak di bawah waran dan bukan seorang pegawai polis yang mempunyai kuasa untuk menangkap.
