s 51 Judge may direct search in his presence
Any Judge may orally direct a search to be made in his presence of any place for the search of which he is competent to issue a search warrant.

Mana-mana Hakim boleh secara lisan mengarahkan supaya dibuat di hadapannya penggeledahan mana-mana tempat yang bagi penggeledahannya dia kompeten untuk mengeluarkan waran geledah.
