s 62 Power to record statements and confessions

Any Judge, other than the Judge hearing the case, may record in the presence of two witnesses any statement or confession made to him at any time before the commencement of the trial.

Mana-mana Hakim, selain Hakim yang mendengar kes itu, boleh merekodkan di hadapan dua saksi apa-apa pernyataan atau pengakuan salah yang dibuat kepadanya pada bila-bila masa sebelum perbicaraan itu bermula.
