s 81 Sense of words used in charge to describe offence
In every charge, the words used in describing an offence shall be deemed to have been used in the sense attached to them respectively by the law under which such offence is punishable.

Dalam tiap-tiap pertuduhan, perkataan yang digunakan untuk memperihalkan sesuatu kesalahan hendaklah disifatkan digunakan mengikut pengertian yang diberikan kepadanya masing-masing oleh undang-undang yang di bawahnya kesalahan itu boleh dihukum.
