Syariah Court Evidence (Federal Territories) Act 1997 s 130

s 130 Final reference

(1) Any provision or interpretation of the provision of this Act which is inconsistent with “Hukum Syarak” shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void. (2) In the event of a lacuna or where any matter is not expressly provided for in this Act, the Court shall apply Hukum Syarak.

(1) Mana-mana peruntukan atau tafsiran peruntukan Akta ini yang tidak konsisten dengan Hukum Syarak adalah tidak sah setakat yang ia tidak konsisten itu. (2) Jika terdapat lakuna atau jika apa-apa perkara tidak diperuntukkan dengan nyata dalam Akta ini, Mahkamah hendaklah memakai Hukum Syarak.
