Syariah Court Evidence (Federal Territories) Act 1997 s 67

s 67 Presumption as to powers of attorney

The Court shall presume that every document purporting to be a power of attorney, and to have been executed before and authenticated by a Judge or consular officer of Malaysia was so executed and authenticated.

Anggapan tentang surat kuasa wakil

Mahkamah hendaklah menganggap bahawa tiap-tiap dokumen yang berupa sebagai surat kuasa wakil, dan sebagai telah disempurnakan di hadapan dan disahkan oleh Hakim atau pegawai konsul Malaysia telah disempurnakan dan disahkan sedemikian.
