s 78 Burden of proving fact especially within knowledge
When any fact is especially within the knowledge of any person, the burden of proving that fact is upon him.
ILLUSTRATION
When a person does an act with some intention other than that which the character and circumstances of the act suggest, the burden of proving that intention is upon him.

Beban membuktikan fakta yang diketahui secara khusus
Apabila mana-mana fakta diketahui secara khusus oleh mana-mana orang, maka beban membuktikan fakta itu terletak padanya.
Apabila seseorang melakukan sesuatu perbuatan dengan suatu niat selain niat yang dibayangkan oleh sifat dan hal keadaan perbuatan itu, maka beban membuktikan niat itu terletak padanya.
