s 82 Court may presume existence of certain facts
The Court may presume the existence of any fact which it thinks likely to have happened, regard being had to the common course of natural events, human conduct, and public and private business, in their relation to the facts of the particular case.
ILLUSTRATIONS
The Court may presume—
(a) that judicial and official acts have been regularly performed;
(b) that the common course of business has been followed in particular cases.

Mahkamah boleh menganggap kewujudan fakta tertentu
Mahkamah boleh menganggap kewujudan apa-apa fakta yang difikirkannya mungkin telah berlaku, setelah mengambil perhatian akan perjalanan biasa kejadian semula jadi, kelakuan manusia, dan urusan awam dan persendirian, dalam hubungannya dengan fakta kes yang tertentu itu.
Mahkamah boleh menganggap—
(a) bahawa tindakan kehakiman dan tindakan rasmi telah dilaksanakan mengikut aturan;
(b) bahawa perjalanan biasa urusan telah diikuti dalam hal-hal tertentu.
