s 25 Notification of change of information

(1) Every licensed certification authority shall, before making any amendment or alteration to any of its constituent documents, or before any change in its director or chief executive officer, furnish the Commission particulars in writing of any such proposed amendment, alteration or change. (2) Every licensed certification authority shall immediately notify the Commission of any amendment or alteration to any information or document which has been furnished to the Commission in connection with the licence. *NOTE—The Central Bank of Malaysia is exempted from the requirements of this section for the purpose of implementing the Real-Time Electronic Transfer of Funds and Securities System or also known as “RENTAS”—see P.U. (A) 300/1999.
