Telemedicine Act 1997 s 1

s 1 Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be cited as the Telemedicine Act 1997. (2) This Act shall come into force on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette and the Minister may appoint different dates for different provisions of this Act.

Tajuk ringkas dan mula berkuat kuasa

(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Teleperubatan 1997. (2) Akta ini hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta dan Menteri boleh menetapkan tarikh yang berlainan bagi peruntukan yang berlainan dalam Akta ini.
