s 1 Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Lembaga Kemajuan Johor Tenggara (Dissolution) Act 1997 and shall come into force on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.

Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Lembaga Kemajuan Johor Tenggara (Pembubaran) 1997 dan hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta.
