Lembaga Kemajuan Johor Tenggara (Dissolution) Act 1997 s 5
(1) All lands which immediately before the appointed date were vested in the Lembaga shall, on the appointed date, vest in the Federal Lands Commissioner for the purposes of the Government. (2) All properties and assets other than land which immediately before the appointed date were vested in the Lembaga or in any person on its behalf shall, on that date, vest in the Government.
Perpindahan harta
(1) Semua tanah yang sebaik sebelum tarikh yang ditetapkan adalah terletak hak pada Lembaga hendaklah, pada tarikh yang ditetapkan, terletak hak pada Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan bagi maksud Kerajaan. Lembaga Kemajuan Johor Tenggara (Pembubaran) (2) Segala harta dan aset selain tanah yang sebaik sebelum tarikh yang ditetapkan adalah terletak hak pada Lembaga atau pada manamana orang bagi pihaknya hendaklah, pada tarikh itu, terletak hak pada Kerajaan.
