Bank Simpanan Nasional Berhad Act 1997 s 67

s 67 Restriction on inquiring specifically into affairs of particular customer

Without prejudice to the powers of inspection, examination, investigation or inquiry conferred on the Minister or on an investigating officer under this Act, nothing in this Act shall authorize the Minister to inquire specifically into the affairs of any individual customer of the Bank.
