Bank Simpanan Nasional Berhad Act 1997 s 93

s 93 Contracts not affected

Except as otherwise provided in this Act, no contract, agreement or arrangement entered into by or with Bank Simpanan Nasional before the coming into force of this Act but which is now in contravention of this Act shall be void solely by reason of such contravention.
