s 4 Savings

The repeal of the Act under section 2 shall not affect any proceedings commenced before the repeal of the Act and still pending immediately prior to the repeal of the Act, or any orders, decisions or judgments made before the repeal of the Act, in respect of— (a) fair rent; and (b) recovery of possession of controlled premises, and the Act shall continue to apply to the proceedings or orders, decisions or judgments as if the Act had not been repealed.
