(1) The Board may, if it is satisfied that a registered counsellor—
(a) has died;
(b) has become incapable of performing his professional duties as a counsellor due to physical or mental infirmity;
(c) has failed to renew his certificate of temporary registration or practising certificate within four years from the date of its expiry,
order the Registrar to remove the name and particulars relating to that registered counsellor from the Register.
(2) The Registrar shall publish in the Gazette the name of every person removed from the Register under subsection (1).

Pengeluaran dari Daftar kerana kematian, dsb.
(1) Lembaga boleh, jika ia berpuas hati bahawa seseorang kaunselor berdaftar—
(a) sudah mati;
(b) sudah menjadi tidak berupaya melaksanakan kewajipan profesionalnya sebagai kaunselor akibat kelemahan fizikal atau mental;
(c) tidak membaharui perakuan pendaftaran sementaranya atau perakuan amalannya dalam masa empat tahun dari tarikh habis tempohnya,
memerintahkan Pendaftar mengeluarkan nama dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengan kaunselor berdaftar itu dari Daftar.
(2) Pendaftar hendaklah menyiarkan dalam Warta nama tiaptiap orang yang dikeluarkan dari Daftar di bawah subseksyen (1).
