(1) The Registrar shall keep and maintain a register called the Register of Counsellors.
(2) The Register shall be kept in such form and on such material as may be prescribed.
(3) The Register shall be open to the inspection of the public in such manner as the Minister may by regulations prescribe.
(4) The Registrar may, with the prior approval of the Board, make amendments to the Register for the purpose of correcting any errors or updating any information contained therein; and shall publish in the Gazette the names and addresses of registered counsellors affected by such amendments.

Daftar Kaunselor
(1) Pendaftar hendaklah menyimpan dan menyenggara suatu daftar yang disebut Daftar Kaunselor.
(2) Daftar hendaklah disimpan dalam apa-apa bentuk dan pada apa-apa bahan sebagaimana yang ditetapkan.
(3) Daftar hendaklah terbuka untuk diperiksa oleh orang ramai mengikut apa-apa cara sebagaimana yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui peraturan-peraturan.
(4) Pendaftar boleh, dengan mendapat kelulusan Lembaga terlebih dahulu, membuat pindaan kepada Daftar bagi maksud membetulkan apa-apa kesalahan atau mengemaskinikan apa-apa maklumat yang terkandung di dalamnya; dan hendaklah menyiarkan dalam Warta nama dan alamat kaunselor berdaftar yang terlibat dengan pindaan sedemikian.
