Malaysian Palm Oil Board Act 1998 s 40

s 40 Commercialization of research findings

The Board may make available any research finding vested in the Board to any person or body subject to such conditions and the payment of such fees, royalties or other consideration, if any, as the Board may, with the approval of the Minister, determine for the purpose of its commercialization.
