Malaysian Palm Oil Board Act 1998 s 46

s 46 Power of arrest

An authorized officer may arrest without warrant any person— (a) found committing or attempting to commit or abetting the commission of an offence under this Act; or (b) whom the authorized officer reasonably suspects of being engaged in committing or attempting to commit or abetting the commission of an offence under this Act, if the person refuses or fails to furnish the person’s name and address or if there are reasonable grounds for believing that the person has furnished a false name or address or that the person is likely to abscond.
