s 69 General penalty

(1) A person who is guilty of an offence under this Act for which no penalty is expressly provided shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both. (2) For the purposes of this section, “this Act” shall not include the regulations made under this Act.
