s 112 Making of affidavit

An affidavit to be used in any proceedings in Court shall be sworn— (a) in the Federal Territories, before any Syariah Judge or Registrar; (b) in a State of Malaysia, before the Syariah Judge or Registrar, as the case may require; (c) at any place outside Malaysia, before any Muslim officer of the Malaysian Embassy or High Commission or Consulate or Permanent Mission thereat authorized to administer oath.

Membuat afidavit

Sesuatu afidavit yang hendak digunakan dalam mana-mana prosiding di Mahkamah hendaklah dibuat dengan sumpah— (a) di Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan, di hadapan mana-mana Hakim Syarie atau Pendaftar; (b) di Negeri lain di Malaysia, di hadapan Hakim Syarie atau Pendaftar, mengikut kehendak kes; (c) di mana-mana tempat di luar Malaysia, di hadapan manamana pegawai Islam Kedutaan Malaysia atau Pejabat Pesuruhjaya Tinggi Malaysia atau Konsulat atau Misi Tetap di tempat itu yang diberi kuasa untuk mengendalikan sumpah.
