Syariah Court Civil Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1998 s 124
The Court shall record the evidence given and, so far as appears desirable, of the submissions of law made, including any objections to evidence, and may record such remarks on the demeanour of witnesses and other material matters.

Mahkamah hendaklah merekodkan keterangan yang diberikan dan, setakat yang didapati perlu, penghujahan undang-undang yang dibuat, termasuk apa-apa bantahan terhadap keterangan, dan boleh merekodkan apa-apa pemerhatian tentang tingkah laku saksi dan perkara material yang lain.
