Syariah Court Civil Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1998 s 177
(1) On receipt of an application under section 176, the Court shall issue a judgment debtor summons in Form MS 43. (2) A judgment debtor summons shall be served on the judgment debtor at least seven days before the day fixed for the hearing of the summons.
Mengeluarkan saman penghutang penghakiman
(1) Apabila menerima suatu permohonan di bawah seksyen 176, Mahkamah hendaklah mengeluarkan suatu saman penghutang penghakiman dalam Borang MS 43. (2) Sesuatu saman penghutang penghakiman hendaklah disampaikan kepada penghutang penghakiman itu sekurang-kurangnya tujuh hari sebelum hari yang ditetapkan bagi pendengaran saman itu.
