Syariah Court Civil Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1998 s 191
The original of any document which is to be used in evidence in proceedings relating to the application shall, if it is available, be brought in, and copies of any such document or of any part thereof shall be supplied for the use of the Court or be given to the other parties to the proceedings.

Salinan asal apa-apa dokumen yang hendak digunakan sebagai keterangan dalam prosiding berhubungan dengan permohonan itu hendaklah, jika dokumen itu boleh didapati, dibawa, dan salinan mana-mana dokumen itu atau mana-mana bahagian dokumen itu hendaklah dibekalkan bagi kegunaan Mahkamah dan diberikan kepada pihak-pihak lain dalam prosiding itu.
