s 231 Proceedings without authority
Any person doing any act or taking any proceedings in the name or on behalf of another person knowing himself not to be lawfully authorized by that person shall be guilty of contempt of Court.

Mana-mana orang yang melakukan apa-apa perbuatan atau mengambil apa-apa prosiding atas nama atau bagi pihak orang lain dengan mengetahui bahawa dia tidak dibenarkan dengan sahnya oleh orang itu melakukan kesalahan menghina Mahkamah.
