s 244 Inherent power of the Court
Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to limit or affect the inherent power of the Court to make any order as may be necessary to prevent injustice or to prevent an abuse of the process of the Court.

Tiada apa-apa jua dalam Akta ini boleh disifatkan sebagai mengehadkan atau menyentuh kuasa sedia ada pada Mahkamah untuk membuat apa-apa perintah yang perlu untuk mengelakkan ketidakadilan atau mengelakkan penyalahgunaan proses Mahkamah.
