Syariah Court Civil Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1998 s 248
s 248 Cessation of application of the Enactment
(1) Sections 76 to 93 of the Administration of Muslim Law Enactment 1952 of the State of Selangor, as modified by the Federal Territory (Modification of Administration of Muslim Law Enactment) Order 1974 [P.U. (A) 44/1974] and the Federal Territory
of Labuan (Modification and Extension of Administration of Muslim Law Enactment) Order 1985 [P.U. (A) 352/1985] and such other provisions thereof which relate to civil procedure shall cease to apply to the Federal Territories on the coming into operation of this Act.
(2) Where any case or matter is pending before any Court on the coming into operation of this Act, the provisions of this Act shall apply in respect of the proceedings of such case or matter to the extent that it does not result in injustice.

Pemberhentian pemakaian Enakmen
(1) Seksyen 76 hingga 93 Enakmen Pentadbiran Hukum Syara’ 1952 [En. Sel. 3/52] bagi Negeri Selangor, sebagaimana yang diubahsuaikan oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Enakmen Pentadbiran Hukum Syarak) 1974 [P.U.(A) 44/74] dan Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (Pengubahsuaian dan Peluasan Enakmen Pentadbiran Hukum Syarak) 1985 [P.U.(A) 352/85] dan mana-mana peruntukan lain Enakmen-Enakmen itu yang berhubungan dengan tatacara mal hendaklah terhenti terpakai bagi Wilayah- Wilayah Persekutuan pada permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini.
(2) Jika mana-mana kes atau perkara belum selesai di hadapan mana-mana Mahkamah pada permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini, peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah terpakai berkenaan dengan prosiding kes atau perkara itu setakat yang tidak menyebabkan ketidakadilan.
