s 33 Costs
Unless the Court otherwise orders, no poor person shall be liable to pay costs to any party, or be entitled to receive from any other party any costs other than the actual expenses incurred in the course of the proceedings.

Melainkan jika diperintahkan selainnya oleh Mahkamah, tiada orang miskin boleh bertanggungan membayar kos kepada mana-mana pihak, atau berhak menerima daripada mana-mana pihak lain apa-apa kos selain perbelanjaan sebenar yang dilakukan dalam perjalanan prosiding itu.
