Syariah Court Civil Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1998 s 62
(1) Part XV shall, with such modifications as may be necessary, apply in relation to an interpleader issue as that Part applies in relation to any other cause or matter. (2) The Court by whom an interpleader issue is tried may give such judgment or make such order as finally to dispose of all questions arising in the interpleader proceedings. (3) The judgment shall be in one of the forms in Form MS 15.
Perbicaraan isu interplider
(1) Bahagian XV hendaklah, dengan apa-apa ubahsuaian yang perlu, terpakai berhubungan dengan isu interplider sebagaimana Bahagian itu terpakai berhubungan dengan apa-apa kausa atau perkara lain. (2) Mahkamah yang membicarakan isu interplider boleh memberikan apa-apa penghakiman atau membuat apa-apa perintah yang akan dapat dengan muktamad membereskan segala soalan yang berbangkit dalam prosiding interplider itu. (3) Penghakiman itu hendaklah dalam salah satu bentuk dalam Borang MS 15.
