The Court may, for sufficient reason, grant leave to file and deliver a reply to a defence, whether such defence is a defence against a claim or counterclaim.

Mahkamah boleh, atas alasan yang mencukupi, memberikan kebenaran untuk memfailkan dan menyerahkan suatu jawapan kepada pembelaan, sama ada pembelaan itu ialah pembelaan terhadap suatu tuntutan atau tuntutan balas.
