s 76 Costs
Where money has been paid into Court and the plaintiff fails to obtain judgment for any larger amount, the costs incurred by the defendant after the payment into Court shall be paid by the plaintiff.

Jika wang telah dibayar ke dalam Mahkamah dan plaintif tidak mendapat penghakiman bagi apa-apa amaun yang lebih besar, kos yang dilakukan oleh defendan selepas pembayaran ke dalam Mahkamah itu hendaklah dibayar oleh plaintif.
