s 78 Tender
Where payment into Court is made with a defence of tender and is accepted, the defendant shall be entitled to full costs of the action and the money in Court shall not be paid out without order of the Court.

Tawaran
Jika pembayaran ke dalam Mahkamah dibuat dengan suatu pembelaan tawaran dan pembelaan itu disetujui terima, defendan berhak untuk mendapatkan kos tindakan itu sepenuhnya dan wang di dalam Mahkamah tidak boleh dibayar daripada Mahkamah tanpa perintah Mahkamah.
