Syariah Court Civil Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1998 s 86
Any party shall be entitled to inspect and copy any document in the possession or power of another party and referred to in any pleading, affidavit or other documents filed by him in the proceedings or on oral examination under section 85.
Pemeriksaan dokumen
Mana-mana pihak berhak untuk memeriksa dan membuat salinan apa-apa dokumen dalam milikan atau kuasa pihak yang satu lagi dan yang disebut dalam mana-mana pliding, afidavit atau dokumen lain yang difailkan olehnya dalam prosiding itu atau semasa pemeriksaan lisan di bawah seksyen 85.
