Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998 s 116

s 116 Private psychiatric hospital, psychiatric nursing home and community mental health centre

(1) The licensee or person in charge of a private psychiatric hospital, psychiatric nursing home or community mental health centre shall comply with any written law relating to mental disorders and mentally disordered persons. (2) An application for the establishment of a private psychiatric hospital or a private psychiatric nursing home shall not be considered for approval until a written law allowing for the establishment of such facilities comes into operation.
